yeh my wii used to make a lot of noise as well but i had a mess around inside and its a lot better now

It's amazing how quiet Wii can be.. after you've been hearing that terrible buzzing sound for a while.

Spammers seem to like this article... this and the one comparing the Garmin Zumo and TomTom 910 generate about 95% of the spam comments on this blog. (Which Askimet filters out)

Sorry to hear the noise returned. It is really sensitive to adjustment... I spent at least 2 hours getting my drive to be quiet AND stay quiet. It was like the beginning of Raider's of the Ark, when Indy replaces the head with the bag of sand (minus the giant rolling stone & angry natives)

Thank You!!! My Wii was making the same buzzing noise. This stopped the vibration and it is super quiet again!!
